The customer has three (3) calendar business days for a full refund, no questions asked on purchases.After the initial three-day period, all refunds are subject to manager approval and are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. No refunds are guaranteed after the initial three-day buyer's remorse period. If Committed Together Works LLC is providing assistance to clients which incur 3rd party charges, then that project is no longer eligible for a refund.

FULFILLMENT DURATION

Once the initial three-day buyer's remorse period is complete, fulfillment typically takes an average of one month depending on successful contact with our customers. We ask for 3-5 weeks to complete the fulfillment of purchased services.
